📦 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Report Issues Within 30 Minutes of Delivery
If there is a problem with your order — such as incorrect items, damaged packaging, or quality concerns — please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your delivery. This ensures we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of meat products that:

5. Refunds & Resolutions
If your claim is valid, we will offer:

A full or partial refund to your original payment method, OR

A replacement delivery (subject to availability)
Important: By accepting an order and not raising a report or claim within the designated grace period mentioned in point 1., the order will be considered fully accepted and completed. After this period, no claims will be entertained, and the customer may be responsible for additional costs (including return shipping and restocking fees) if a refund or resolution is later requested.
