We provide an online platform for purchasing fresh meat and related products for delivery to select locations within Gauteng. Availability of products and delivery areas may change without notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To place an order, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Provide accurate delivery and contact details

  • Agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • Orders can be placed through our website or app.

  • Prices are displayed in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required upfront via accepted methods (e.g., card, EFT, mobile wallet).

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

5. DELIVERY

  • Deliveries are made within designated areas.

  • We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive the order. Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees.

6. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 30 minutes after placing the order.

  • To cancel or change your order, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days (if eligible).

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery to qualify for a refund or replacement.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to modify product offerings at any time.
