Cooking Methods

On the Braai: Cook over medium coals for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly and basting with extra marinade for a sticky, charred glaze.

Oven: Place on a lined tray and roast at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway. Grill on high for the last 5 minutes to caramelise.

Air Fryer: Cook at 190°C for 12–15 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and sticky.
