Beef, pork, pork rind, salt, spices (coriander, black pepper, nutmeg, cloves), vinegar, natural casings.

Cooking Methods

On the Braai (Recommended): Coil gently over medium coals and cook for 15–20 minutes, turning carefully with tongs. The casing should be lightly charred and caramelised with juices running clear.

Pan-Fry: Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly until evenly browned and cooked through.

Braai Pro Tip: Never pierce the casing — it keeps all the flavour and fat locked in. Handle gently when turning to keep the coil intact.
