Cooking Methods
On the Braai: Cook over medium coals for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through with a golden, lightly charred skin.
Pan-Fry: Cook over medium heat in a lightly oiled pan for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through.
Oven Bake: Place on a lined tray and bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
