Thanks to their beautiful natural marbling, these chops stay juicy and tender through high heat, making them an outstanding choice for the braai, grill, or pan. Cooking Methods

On the Braai: Cook over medium-hot coals for 6–8 minutes per side, turning once, until cooked through with lightly charred edges. Baste with marinade during cooking for a sticky, caramelised finish.

Pan-Fry: Sear in a hot pan with a little oil for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Slow Cook / Braise: Brown in a pan, then slow cook in broth or sauce for 2–3 hours for fall-apart tender results.
